فَكُلُوا مِنْهَا وَأَطْعِمُوا الْقَانِعَ وَالْمُعْتَرَّ
Transliteration
Fakulu minha wa atimul-qania wal-mutarr.
Meaning
So eat of them and feed the contented (poor who asks not) and the beggar.
