Qalqalah degrees
Minor (sughra): qalqalah letter with sukoon mid-word - light echo. Major (kubra): stopping on it - strong, clear bounce. Never add a vowel to the bounce - it is echo, not a letter.
Drill minimal pairs (e.g. with and without stopping) until the bounce is automatic and clean.
Waqf signs
Meem (م): must stop. Jeem (ج): may stop or continue equally. Qili (قلي): stopping better; sali (صلي): continuing better. La (لا): do not stop here - stopping changes or breaks meaning.
