Quran Khatm in Ramadan - The 1-Juz-a-Day Plan

1. 1Divide each juz into 5 daily portions of ~4 pages after every prayer.
2. 2Follow the same portion in taraweeh each night for double reinforcement.
3. 3Use Fridays and the 29th-30th as catch-up buffers, never restarts.
4. 4Finish with the khatm dua and write one lesson per juz in a notebook.

The daily schedule

One juz is ~20 pages: read 4 pages after each of the five prayers and the juz is done daily without a single long sitting. Taraweeh’s nightly portion previews or reviews the same passages - follow along in your mushaf and the words stick.

Missed a day? Two built-in buffers: Fridays (lighter portion) and the 29th-30th (catch-up days). Never “restart from Al-Fatiha” - resume where you stopped; completion, not perfection, is the goal.

Quality with quantity

Read with translation notes (even 5 minutes per juz), mark one verse daily to act on, and finish with the khatm dua on our dua pages. Slow tartil beats racing - the companions measured recitation in nights, not pages per hour.

Pair up: a khatm partner or family halaqah (each reads aloud 10 minutes) keeps all thirty days alive; children join with short surahs and rewards per page.
