Steps in order
- 18th: Mina. 9th: Arafah standing, then Muzdalifah night.
- 210th: stone the large pillar, sacrifice, haircut, Tawaf al-Ifadah.
- 311th-12th: stone all three pillars each afternoon.
- 4Farewell tawaf before leaving Makkah.
8th to 10th
8th Tarwiyah: Hajj ihram, Mina day and night. 9th Arafah: standing noon to sunset, then Muzdalifah night with combined prayers and pebble gathering. 10th: stone the large pillar (7 pebbles), sacrifice, shave/cut (first release from ihram), then Tawaf al-Ifadah and sai of Hajj.
Order on the 10th is flexible - the Prophet ﷺ answered “do, no harm” to every order question that day.
11th to farewell
11th-12th: stone all three pillars each afternoon (small, middle, large - 7 pebbles each, with dua after the first two). Leave Mina before sunset on the 12th if departing early, else stay the 13th and repeat. End with the farewell tawaf (Tawaf al-Wada) - obligatory for all but menstruating women.

Can I leave Mina on the 12th?
Yes - departing before sunset on the 12th is permitted; staying the 13th and stoning again is better.
What if I miss a stoning?
Make it up the same day or later in tashriq; deliberate omission without excuse needs fidyah - consult scholars.
Is farewell tawaf obligatory?
Yes for all pilgrims except menstruating women, who are excused.
