اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالرَّفِيقِ الْأَعْلَى
Transliteration
Allahummaghfirli warhamni wa alhiqni bir-rafiqil-ala.
Meaning
O Allah, forgive me, mercy me, and join me with the Highest Companionship.
