بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ﴿2﴾
ہر چیز کی بدی سے جو اس نے پیدا کی

From the evil of what He created — refuge from every created harm, outward and hidden.

وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ﴿3﴾
اور شب تاریکی کی برائی سے جب اس کااندھیرا چھا جائے

From the darkness when it settles — night’s hidden dangers, and gloom that settles on hearts.

وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِي ٱلۡعُقَدِ ﴿4﴾
اور گنڈوں پر (پڑھ پڑھ کر) پھونکنے والیوں کی برائی سے
Tafsir — verse 4
From the blowers in knots — sorcery and secret whisperings; undo them with open recitation.

وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ ﴿5﴾
اور حسد کرنے والے کی برائی سے جب حسد کرنے لگے

From the envier when he envies — envy harms first its bearer; refuge guards the envied.
